OHNY Education Package
This resource library is offered to anyone enrolled in our Optean Health programs. OHNY believe’s that education around health is crucial to self empowerment and active embodiment. With this library, you will receive a personalized list of books and/or documentaries to further aid in your evolution in well-being and health. Similar to a discussion review of a book club, you will have zoom or phone meetings (your choice) with a selected OHNY specialist to review the material and answer your questions. You will also be given an integration program to support the implementation of take-away points. This is a six-month offering. Each client chooses how much material they’d like to cover, and how often they meet with their specialist (zoom or call).
